The property on the surface looks amazing, it has a lovely pool and is right by the sea front. Reception staff were good and very helpful however, the bedroom was a slight let down. The balcony overlooked a heap of rubbish not the views we were originally sold. This rubbish did lead to an unpleasant smell. There are a lot of hidden costs initially, 1000baht when you arrive as a deposit for example which was not outlined when booking, leaving me to have to go and find an ATM before getting into my room. This being said, if you want to relax by a lovely pool, or take a walk down on a sandy beach - this is the place to do so. The location is quiet, but stumbling distance from all the bars and restaurants. The best thing I found was the option to hire a private long tail boat trip, which is attached to the Hotel reception - this was a perfect, private thing for a couple to do on holiday.

Wow!! What a place. I have stayed on Phi Phi before but this time was different. This resort was everything you could want. The staff were so lovely and kind. The pool was amazing even though the water was very warm. It was such a good place for couples and families. Right next to a stunning beach!!! The restaurant was unbeatable. The food was the best on Phi Phi and such a good price. There was also a laundrette next to the hotel was is ideal. The bungalows we stayed in were super nice and clean. It was about a 15 min walk from the centre which was perfect as you could be in the night life or not! Try the amazing Pirates House for food as well. They have some awesome live music and the food is incredible. Such a vibe in there. The massages attached the hotel were 5 star Can’t wait to come back here again!!

The facilities are excellent, and the villa room we stayed in was even more modern and beautiful than it looked in the photos – recently renovated with a great bed, shower, and plenty of space. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the center, but that’s no problem at all – it’s actually nice to see how the island is laid out along the way. We definitely recommend staying here! Also, we highly recommend doing a diving tour in Phi Phi – it was one of the best experiences of our lives!

The pool area is big, with enough loungers and the pool had an okay temperature (could be a little colder to be refreshing) They also have a beach area with a few loungers, right by the hotel. A little shop to buy snacks and a great coffee bar right in the same building. Breakfast was also nice, nice views but you don't have a big choice, there was a live egg station which was a bonus

The pool was great, with a view to the beach. staff was really kind and helpful. You can rent kayaks at the hotel for a great price. Tasty breakfast too. Rooms seemed clean. Overall we tried three different hotels across the island and this one was the better one among them.
